The only other clue from this issue was that Event Viewer was leaving a Warning message of: "Failed to connect to server. I never accept a complete reinstall as a solution because.well, it isn't a solution. The support team member walked through about 95% of the same steps I did myself the previous day and then told me there isn't much else to be done except a reinstall of Windows. After a day of troubleshooting this myself I decided to consult Autodesk support. Also the download should occur over a hard wired connection to the Internet and not over WIFI.Ģ. Set Windows UAC to never notify and if possible disable your Anti-Virus/Malware scanning utilities.
